My wife was a mechanic and I too can fix cars. The ball joint had popped off the car and the passenger side of the car was resting on the tire. The tow truck driver, according to my wife and sister-in-law, improperly dragged the car on the tow truck. \r

My wife said everyone could hear the suspension parts cracking ( breaking the cv joint, snapping the lateral link bar, bending the outer tie rod, inner tie rod, and bending the strut assembly. You can see the dents to the door frame (that doesn‘t open), side panel over the tire (has a big visible dent), and the front fender (at the bottom), from the car being dragged. I don’t know why the driver didn’t stop to take the tire off so he wouldn’t cause any additional damage. Their driver caused a lot more damage than the car previously had. \r
