I have had bad experiences with auto shops and Firestone, specifically so I am always paranoid and suspicious. I took my car to a Firestone that was *not* this one and after being recommended certain things be done, I was told they wouldn't be able to get to it that day. That was a blessing in disguise. I decided that I would take the paperwork to a different Firestone and see what they had to say about it just to see if that icky paranoia would go away. I called and Randall answered the phone, telling me to come in the next morning and just ask for him. From that point forward, this has been the best car shop experience I have ever had. He went way above and beyond the realm of what can be reasonably expected from the neighborhood Firestone guy. He introduced me to the mechanic, John, who would be taking care of my car and he somehow managed to put me even further at ease and assure me that they really were going to take care of me. That's exactly what they did. I can't vouch for any other Firestone but I can tell you that if you walk into this Firestone and you ask for Randall, he will be honest, fair and reasonable while taking excellent care of you. It's really hard out there for those of us at the mercy of our vehicles to get back and forth to school or work and make a living and then to have to be at the mercy of mechanics who may not be trustworthy. Randall and John are your guys.
