Usually people only go on and on when they have a bad experience, but our experience with Lou DiChello / customcreativephoto was so very positive, the story has to be told……\r \r Leading up to our wedding, my wife and I met numerous independent and corporate type wedding photographers all around greater Pittsburgh. Lou (CustomCreativePhoto) was recommended to us by friend of a friend as an INEXPENSIVE option. After meeting with Lou, booking him was a no-brainer: STUNNING portfolio, GLOWING client recommendations; endless album OPTIONS & EXTRAS; and a relaxed professional, yet friendly demeanor all for a price that was at 30 to 60 % LESS than any photographer we met who offered a similar package. We braced ourselves for the rug to be pulled out from under us. .. being that the rule with wedding planning and execution is if something seems to good to be true it most surely is. Well, happily Lou was the exception to that rule. \r \r From start to finish Lou was great. He loves what he does and it really shows. \r \r Throughout the wedding day, it was a pleasure having him around, he helped keep us on track, followed directions with smile and a spring to his step, dealt with a little family drama beautifully, and most importantly had some wonderful impromptu ideas for shots.\r \r Our positive experience didn’t end there….. \r \r My mother lost her own camera shortly after the wedding, and contacted Lou to purchase a large number of photographs. Well, our package included a surprise gift for my mother – a custom designed album just for her. I contacted Lou, who immediately cancelled the order and refunded her the money, no fees, no delay, nothing of the sort. I don’t know if many photographers would do that. \r \r Albums. Due to some personal issues of our own, we were not able to select images for Lou to design with until early December. I mentioned in passing that I had once hoped to give the parents albums at Christmas. Lou took that and just ran with it. He worked tirelessly designing 3 unique albums, emailing us daily for input & approvals (at our request). In the end he got them ordered, printed, and shipped all in time for Christmas – and they were PERFECT. Again, Lou loves what he does, he seemed so happy with how they turned out and excited for us, you would think they were his wedding albums! \r
