Wonderful experience! I was lucky enough to receive a gift certificate to Joseph Zell and Company for Christmas (from a friend and client of Joseph's). She told me how much she loved Joseph, Eve and the entire staff and how she was so happy with her hair since she had started going to the salon. I had my appointment this past weekend, and I must say, it was everything she said and more! Joseph, Eve, Kenleigh, Chelsea and Dawn were so nice and welcoming. They definitely understand that going to get your hair done, even if it's just a quick cut, should be a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I've been to quite a few salons in town, and I have never felt like I was having a ""spa like"" experience when just getting a haircut and color, but that all changed after my appointment with Joseph. And, my hair....I LOVE IT!!! It looks great, feels great, and I have already received several compliments. I can't wait to go back for my next appointment, and hope that I will have a chance to schedule a facial with Dawn! Did I mention I LOVE MY HAIR?!?!? Thanks Joseph!
