Review content:
Took car in for the check engine light being on. Approximately $1,800 later the check engine light is still on. I will be honest and say that they have done work for free. However the point is that I have paid all of that money and the light is still on. The car is not running smoothly so there is definitely a reason the light is on. After contacting Nissan I was told that the matter is between the dealership and myself and that the dealership has requested that I take the car somewhere else to be fixed. What? They're saying it can be fixed but I have to pay someone else to fix it? Since I've paid them so much money already why don't they just fix it? I have lost all faith in not only Chris Myers Nissan but the Nissan Company itself. Very poor service. Their attitude was very nice in the beginning (while I was paying) but it certainly changed when they did the free work. They weren't so nice and kept reminding me they were doing the work for free. I just kept thinking to myself that I paid money for them to do work that didn't solve the problem. I told them I would be glad to pay for the work that solved the problem if I could get my money back for the work that didn't. Anyway, I now have a car that is not running properly, the check engine light is on, I've paid +/- $1800, and Chris Myer Nissan has said that they can choose their customers and I'm not wanted as one. That is what the Nissan rep told me the General Manager told her. They may be great for oil changes and such but I certainly wouldn't trust them with anything else.
