I have brought my vehicle to Pro Touch for 2 different incidents. The first time I brought my Tahoe to them because someone had broken into it and had damaged the door, as well as stealing the radio out of it. When I dropped my car of with Lynne their Office Guru, she was able to get EVERYTHING squared away for me with my insurance as well as making sure I had all i needed to get rolling down the road. She does EVERYthing with the brightest smile. After just 2 short days my 'baby"" was ready to be picked up. When I got there I was AMAZED. My SUV had been touched up, washed and detailed inside and out. This was something I would have NEVER expected to be done. I was THRILLED. I for sure would be coming back....didnt know it would be for a wreck, but I am glad that i got to use them.
The 2nd time someone had hit my car in a parking lot and had done some damage to the bumper. Not only did Lynne have the rental car service there waiting for me when I arrived, she YET again had everything in order for the insurance company. 3 short days later I got my car back. Now for anyone out there that has ever owned a white car, you know how hard white can be to match because there are so many different variances...Well I can tell you that they are RIGHT on the money when it comes to that! And AGAIN, my car was washed, touched up, and detailed. I will be sending all of my friends here no matter if they have to come from Austin or not. Pro Touch really knows how to treat you like family!
