After getting some extremely expensive surgery done, I was still experiencing unexpected pain a few weeks later. When I wanted to go in for a follow-up visit to find out what was happening, I was told any follow-ups would cost extra, even if related to the expensive surgery I'd already had done. This turned out to be a common theme. Every time I went in, the staff would try to sell me additional products and services whether I needed them or not. I started to dread even going in for a cleaning, since I always had to give them an excuse why I didn't want all these expensive non-insurance-covered services they kept trying to sell me. Even after insisting I didn't want it, they wouldn't give up trying to convince me! The patient's needs and desires should come first, but unfortunately that the money comes first at this dentistry practice. Pros: clean Cons: expensive, solicitous
