Review content:
I recently purchased a Honda Fit from this dealership. I was initially impressed with the service, but I should have known all that appears perfect is not. The car was purchased from an autction and appeared fine on the internet. When the car was delivered, the battery was dead. Evening fell and the battery was replaced. I never got an opportunity to test drive or see the car before papers were signed. After getting the car home, there were all kinds of issues like a broken window, a deployed air bag, a head liner which were all repaired fairly decent. Other issues that arose after I took the car in for a thorough look at home were a stinch that cannot be located, tires that had slashes in them and were mismatched sizes, a broken door pull on the drivers side, no fender liners, all of which I had to pay for to get repaired and might I add were not cheap. In addition there is a light out in the front of the car (not sure if it is fog light) which I have not gotten done yet. I really hope this does not happen to anyone else any time soon. I was given an extended warranty which includes engine, transmission, and water pump, and I am sure with everything I have endured thus far, I will need to use that. I had a notion to report this to BBB, but I thought about it and I thought I might let you the public know what not to do. In today's economy, there is no reason a person should have to endure the added expense of additional repairs for a used car prior to even the first payment. Incidently, the location I visited was in Alington, their new location.
