I PURCHASED MY ROLEX FROM BOB AT SCORPIAN'S JEWELERS. I THOUGHT BOB WAS AN OUTSTANDING GUY. UNTIL MY RECENT EXP WITH BOB & HIS ASSISTANT VICKY. I TOOK MY WATCH TO BOB BECAUSE IT HAD POSSIBLE WATER DAMAGE. BOB TOLD ME IT MIGHT NOT BE REPAIRABLE. HE ASK IF I WANTE HIM TO TAKE A LOOK AT IT. IN GOD FAITH I LEFT MY WATCH IN THE CARE OF SCORPIANS JEWELERS. BOB SAID HE WILL CALL ME IN TWO WEEKS AND LET ME KNOW. IF MY WATCH CAN BE REPAIRED.I CALLED HIM ABOUT A MONTH LATER. HE TOLD ME THE GOOD NEWS IS HE CAN REPAIR MY WATCH AND THE BAD NEWS WAS IT WILL COST ME $1500.00. I TOLD HIM I DONT REALLY HAVE THAT KIND OF CASH THESE DAYS. I ASK HIM IF I COULD MAKE PAYMENTS. HE SAID NO, I WOULD HAVE TO GIVE HIM A DOWN PAYMENT OF $700 BEFORE HE BEGIN TO REPAIR MY WATCH AND I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE REMAINING $700 IN 30 DAYS. I TOLD HIMI NEEDED TIME TO THINK ABOUT IT. I DECIDED IT WOULD BE RISKY FOR ME TO GIVE HIM THE $700 AND TAKE A CHANCE ON COMMITING TO PAY HIM THE REMAINING IN 30 DAYS. I TOLD BOB I WILL JUST PICK UP THE WATCH. BOB SAID IT WOULD BE BETTER NOT PUT THE WATCH BACK TOGETHER, BECAUSE IT MAY CAUSE MORE DAMAGE. I TOLD HIM I RATHER HAVE MY WATCH BACK AS I DELIVERED IT. AFTER WHAT BOB TOLD ME I WAS AFRAID OF LOOSING MY WATCH, SO I RECONSIDER THE THOUGHT AND ASKED BOB AND VICKY, WHAT PARTS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. HE NAMED OFF ABOUT 10- 13 THINGS, WHICH WAS FOREIGN LANGUAGE TO ME. I ASKED VICKY AND BOB, IF THEY CAN FAX ME OVER AN ITEMIZED LIST OF WHAT WAS NEEDED TO FIX MY WATCH. I NEVER GOT THE LIST I REQUESTED, SO I DECIDED NOT, IF I COULD'NT FIND OUT WHAT I WAS PAYING FOR. I EVENTUALLY PICKED UP MY WATCH. I LOOKED AT IT AND IT WAS NOT TIGHTLY CLOSED AND WHEN I GOT TO MY CAR THE DIAMOND EMBEZZEL FELL ON THE GROUND IN THE PARKING LOT. I TOOK IT BACK AND VICKI TOLD ME LEAVE IT. I LEFT IT THERE AND PICKED IT UP AGAIN SAME THING HAPPEN AGAIN ?
