I must say that I have nothing but praise for Rural Plumbing & Heating Company. We recently had plumbing problems at our 1940s vintage North Raleigh home, which were deemed unsolvable by three other prominent Triangle plumbing companies. I was advised by a local plumbing inspector to call Rural because as he put it ?they are the grandfather of all plumbing companies in this area?. I called them as was advised that before they send out a service technician they would have the Service Manager meet me to advise the best course of action. The manager came out at exactly the time he said he would be there, and within ten minutes had uncovered the root of our problem and suggested the most economical solution, saving us thousands of dollars. My only regret is that I did not call them first.
