I don't have a lot of experience with this type of company, but received horrible customer service from Rural personnel. Our furnace went out and we had 6 visits before our furnace was actually fixed (one of which they charged $83, but didn't do anything because the heat happened to come on). On the second to last visit (the second visit that day), the serviceman actually called me away from work again at 4pm, went into our basement and about 15 minutes later decided that he was going to ""blow me off until tomorrow."" If it's standard for this industry to hire them to be on their schedule, maybe it was fine but I will not use them again.
