I have bought two cars from Drive Auto Center. I went to them initially because I knew they specialized in 4-wheel drive cars. I originally bought a used Subaru, and I noticed it had a small crack in the front. They offered immediately to fix it and cover the costs.
When the damage ended up being more serious, and the repair costs were $1000, they did not ask me for a penny of it. They stuck to their word even though I had nothing in writing. They honored their statement and I fully trust them because they continually do so.
I have been using them for 3 years now, and I now have a truck from them (as I decided the Subaru was too small for me).
Use drive auto because you can trust them-They are absolutely honest, and they give you a great deal. I spoke to sales about what I was shopping for in a car and they called back periodically over a month with different options until I found what I wanted. They made me feel like I was not some random stranger. They seem to really know me and value me as a customer.
