I'm a detail-oriented guy, so I searched all over, and Drive Auto Center has been astronomically good. I've referred probably 12, maybe more, people to them. It's very difficult to find a trustworthy car dealer, and they've gone above and beyond not only to earn my trust but to keep it and maintain an incredible reputation with the friends and family I've sent to them.
Anytime there's mechanical issues with our car or questions, they'll either get them fixed or direct me to a good mechanic, and they always manage to resolve the problem. They've gone above and beyond in making that an easy experience for us.
We have bought two cars from Bill Smith, who's one of their main sales guys: a 2002 Honda Accord and a 2005 Honda Pilot. I also sold one of my trucks through them. I was selling online, but they actually sold it faster as a consignment and were able to do that better and quicker than I could.
I've sent them my boss, colleagues, family members, and people from my church. All these people except one have bought a car. Drive Auto Center has beat the price and service of everyone around. Bill has a tried and true track record, and they're just great.
