Review content:
They closed early the day before Thanksgiving. Cool, no problem, but maybe you want to change your voicemail to reflect that. Then the sign on their door said they would be open the day after Thanksgiving from 8:30am to 5:30pm. I have been calling since 10am. I automatically go on hold for 10 minutes or more, someone then picks up and hangs up without a word. HORRIBLE customer service! Hope you are out of business soon. Ordered the part I need online and it will be here tomorrow.
