My home in Scottsdale is an older home, but had a great open floor plan and lots of property; so it was a good trade from our old HOA neighborhood with everyone on top of one another. The down side to an older home is repairs....
Since we bought the house, we have repaired the roof, installed a new AC unit and took on the project of renovating the kitchen.
We had a general contractor who hired an electrician as a subcontractor, but the guy was terrible. So we set out to find our own electrician and a friend referred us to All Environmental Electric. Ed, the owner, was very nice and understood what we were looking for. He was able to work with the contractor and get things moving in the direction we'd hoped for.
Now I have back lighting in my deep cabinets and accent lighting for the counters where I cook. They rewired the ceiling lights so I did not need to have all 12 on at the same time too!
I am very glad the project pulled together and even more pleased with the service I received. Thanks for helping us remodel our kitchen!
