Bay Land Consulting "saved my life" when I was in a boundary dispute with an adjoining property owner. They did a very careful and thorough survey of my property, followed it up with in-depth historical search of the deeds and previous surveys in the area, and even advocated on my behalf with the county surveyor office after their research showed that my claim was correct). They were always professional, thorough, and responsive to my questions and phone calls. By forcing the adjoining owner to settle out of court, Bay Land saved me potentially tens of thousands of dollars. The fees they charged me were so reasonable, I felt a little guilty. I recommend them enthusiastically.
