All the guys at the Midas in Brooklyn, NY on 4th Ave. and 28th St. are the most honest, most helpful, and nicest mechanics I have ever encountered in my life. The owner went out of his way to re-do repairs that were done poorly only the day before at the Chicago Grand St. Midas location, because he was standing behind Midas work. He made my car his first priority, kept me updated on what was happening with my car, did much more to help me than he had to do, and made it clear that taking care of my vehicle and keeping me safe on the road were his biggest priorities. It can be very difficult to find an honest mechanic, but the owner at this Midas cares much more abut customer satisfaction and helping people out than about money. I would trust him with anything, and he is by far the best mechanic out there. He's an all-around good guy, and gives amazing, above-average service at his shop. He gives Midas a good name, and I would encourage anyone to get their car serviced here.
