I certainly appreciate the overall job they do in the basic cleaning: vacuuming, cleaning the bathroom and kitchen, etc. A couple times one of the knobs on the microwave has been knocked off but fortunately I could find it and put it back. The level of dusting is pretty limited and could be better. There are occasionally cobwebs in places that should have been cleaned up. But they are very trustworthy and I am comfortable with them in my home when I am gone. They are good with the animals in the house which could be a problem, and generally I am satisfied with the service. I terminated another company for poor service, including losing some of the knobs on the microwave, but I would not terminate them based on performance.
