Review content:
I have had Sinclair Insurance for 2 years. I never had an opinion on their customer service because I never needed to file a claim or make a late payment. The one time I needed them, they were nowhere to be found. I got into a car accident (no fault of my own) on my way to work in Waltham and I went straight to Sinclair Insurance to file a claim since I would already be late to work. Terrible idea. I showed up at 9:05 (they open at 9am). I had to wait outside in the cold for 30 minutes until a dishoveled woman ran around the corner screaming, ""Sorry I'm late!"". Really professional. Then she proceeds to tell me the only reason she's even there is because another employee called out. Excellent. I filed my claim and went about my day. Since there was minimal damage to my car I was in no rush to get the claim through and get the car fixes. Thankfully. It wasn't until 5 MONTHS after I filed my claim that I had to call to get an update and spoke to a woman who said she would do ""research"" and call back in 15. Fast forward 2 hours and I call back. She is out to lunch, lucky girl. I spoke to Mr. Cannastraro (who is rarely in the office and has no set schedule that I'm aware of) and he took care of the situation, I think. I got my claim/car fixed 2 months after that. I HAVE SWITCHED AGENTS!
