I just started going to see Vernia here on recommendation of a friend and am really happy I checked it out. He is straight forward about what is realistic and is super supportive about helping you get to your goals. It is almost like having a really cool coach instead of a trainer. He set up a diet and supplement regime for me just for being a client. My last trainer charged me extra for anything other than working out. This place is worth looking into if you are really trying to get in shape.
