Richard Galante is terrific. He's lived his entire life in Woburn and Wilmington, both personal and professional so his ties to the community and customers is strong and true.
He works only exhaust and brake systems and I'd say he's a well-skilled specialist. He was more than fair with his pricing and his recommendations for just what was needed for my exhaust system, and was happy to detail and quote for every step of the process from the ""must-do"" bottom line repair all the way to partial and complete replacement. This, along with his expert advice as to how the system would fare with each level, gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision.
He never tried to upsell me, but was simply very honest in his assessments. In this day, in this economy, his style of doing business should be what every business should strive for. I would send everyone and anyone I know to him without question. I hope you'll go to him for your next exhaust or brake job -- and if he asks who recommended you, just mention the classic Crown Victoria! ;o}
