My wife got a flat at a clients house and called triple A...the guy showed up with a chip on his shoulder and said, ""we have been here before for this truck and it's always the same thing."" Well he's wrong. They have never towed or touched our truck and NEVER will again. Unprofessional, rude, called my wife ""stupid"" then stripped the stud on the tire that was flat and got mad because ""now I have to tow the F___ing thing."" He's a tow truck driver that's his job. Then he got madder and my sife decided to call triple A and get another company to help. She sent the driver on his way after he was done rolling his eyes and swearing at her. When the owner was contacted, he offered no resolve. He was just as rude and dismissing. I asked triple A to take them off their list of companies to use and am filing a claim to get Tobyne Towing to pay for the cost of the stripped stud.
