I had a 4:45 am pick up for a 6:30 am flight. The driver did not call, and did not show. I called the car service to inquire regarding the ride, (the limo was overdue, there were five of us- and I had personally made the arrangement), and got an excuse. \r
I piled everyone/everything into my car and drove to the airport. You hire a car service to avoid hassels- this was a disaster. The only job of a car service / driver is to show up and safely get people to their destination. Failure to show up - is complete failure. If your time is valuable to you, (or making your flight is of any importance), I'd use someone else.
Cons: Failed to show.
