This ADT Authorized Dealer is run by complete Scumbags! First off they told me several lies just to make a sale. I was offered a promotion from the sales guy that I never received, they told me that they could move sensors for free if I did any remodeling-which they later went back on and tried to charge me for a technician call, and I was never even given the option of adding a maintenance plan that they just threw into my contract without even asking! I ended up having to install the sensor to me newly installed door on my own. When I tried to make a complaint they wouldn't even listen and just gave me the runaround. These people are thieves and are worse than a used car lot. DON'T EVER USE SUNCOAST SECURITY!!!!!
