Review content:
The reputation that precedes me as a beauty guru (I've tried nearly almost anything you can name as far as skin, beauty, hair and fashion) makes me an extremely difficult consumer to satisfy as I am very critical and skeptical of people in this industry. It’s sad to say but I sometimes find myself more educated than most people in this industry as I have first hand experience as the consumer and I do a plethora of research and investigation prior to committing to any product or service. Many individuals are impressed with my awareness and I have a keen sense of what it means to be an expert aesthetician, stylist, manicurist, etc… First off, let me say that I am SO not the type to write online reviews (its way too time consuming) but I made an exception here as I wanted to express my gratitude to Colleen and her ALC office. Here is my story: I came in as a transfer from another ALC and needless to say I was VERY impressed from day 1. I work in Manhattan and spend most of my time in NYC. When I began budgeting for ALC I thought it was in my best interest to avoid the high taxes I’d pay in the borough and decided to go to a Westchester ALC site since their weekend/ late night hours were accommodating and convenient. I was super delighted at how Colleen was proactive in my transfer from another office and did everything in her power to get me started (there were some issues with my transfer files, etc.). She has an extraordinary staff and all the girls are exceptional. You will not need to ever request someone in particular because everyone does an excellent job. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable. From consults to signup to treatments to scheduling-- this expert staff is streamlined and capable. [**Disclaimer: you may see a similar review I added on google as I was so thrilled with this ALC office I wanted to say it twice!! =)]
