Review content:
In Dec 2010 I bought a pair of prescription glasses in AZ from Paris Optique for $608. They measured my face and used my own glasses to obtain the prescription. They shipped them to me in Dallas and the glasses were unusable. My optometrist reviewed them and determined the prescription was correct but the measurement was wrong. Paris Optique replaced them with a new pair but they were still unusable. I went back to doctor and she placed red dots on the lenses where my pupils were supposed to line up. The right eye was correct, but the left eye was way off. I wrote Paris Optique and called to explain but they never responded. I offered to keep the frames and send back the lenses but I received a voicemail from the owner, Fanny, stating their ""no refund"" policy. I understand these are custom lenses and I would never try to return them if I just changed my mind, but the policy implies the glasses will work. I don't understand why this company is not standing behind their product. I have faxed a letter from my doctor explaining the errors in their measurement and the quality of the lenses. I have attempted to send them back to her (she refused acceptance). I even went to Costco for a second opinion and they said they always measure each eye individually to account for an asymmetrical face. She skipped this step. I'm not a doctor, I just know these glasses don't work and I am dealing with an unethical business owner. I am at a loss.
