Review content:
We always plan our trips around breakfast so when we travel to the east coast for some R&R we always stop at the Peterborough Diner off of Route 101 in Peterborough NH.\r
\r
The diner is wonderful, the wait staff go out of their way to give you whatever it is you want but the food is what we keep coming back for, especially the warm choclate chip pancakes topped with a mountain of whipped cream. Each bite is filled with gooey chocolate chips that melt in your mouth. Not too many chips, just the perfect amount.. That's my daughter Emma's favorite. She's not a morning person but when she hears we are stopping at the diner she begins droolin' miles away. The blueberry pancakes are great when you pour on the warm maple syrup on them. You can't get poached eggs in many restaurants anymore so when I spotted them on the menu I had to order them, they are cooked to perfection. Your coffee cup is never empty due to the great service you get and the coffee is fabulous. You've gotta make the Peterborough Diner a designated stop on your trip through southern NH, we always do!\r
