Creative Design Builders, Inc has just finished another Screen Room in Wake Forest area. It is 472 square feet of absolute quality. The custom screens are interchangeable with light weight mylar windows to keep the pollen and winter chill out. The floor to ceiling stone fireplace is the centerpiece or maybe it is the flat screen TV built in over the wet bar area... Skylights allow light to flow into the home keeping it well lit. The slate floor is simply stately. It is now the favorite room of the house.
