We live on a Durham golf course and as golfers approach the green, they point, nod, give us two thumbs up and shout compliments on our new Deck. Creative Design Builders was not the cheapest bid that we received but their creative design and ability to meet all of our (very selective) requirements won us over. We moved here from NY and had some not so good experiences with Builders in our past so we were expecting more of the same. Boy were we elated to find Creative Design Builders timely, responsive, professional AND they went out of their way to please us! One of our requirements was to have Light Posts at the bottom of the Deck Stairs but it just didn't look like we had envisioned. The Deck Designer came out and suggested moving them to the corners of the Deck with under-lighting placed along the base of the stairs. They removed the standalone Post Lights and customized them into Deck Railing Corner Lights at no additional cost. It looks fantastic! We highly recommend Creative Design Builders to anyone that demands Quality and requires Timely Professional Services.
