I liked the Moccasins advertised by Tribal Impressions on the IndianVillage website but the customer service we recieved was very bad.
First, we needed an exchange so we sent email to the email address listed on the website. No response. So - we tried calling - only ever got an answering machine so we left a couple of messages.
No response at all after 2 or 3 weeks of waiting. Finally we decided to contact Footskins who made the moccasins we purchased.
These people were helpful and friendly and offered to exchange the moccasins for a different size if we sent them the moccasins we had received. We promptly shipped them our moccasins. Still no contact from Tribal Impressions.
After this we got a letter from Tribal Impressions requesting that we contact them. Why would I want to talk to them now? So they could try to act like they had responsed?! Well it gets worse...
What they did was contact Footskins and ask them not to send us the moccasins. After we waited several more weeks thinking that Footskins was sending us our exchange - we contacted Footskins again and they said that Tribal Impressions told them not to do anything and that they would work it out. Hadn't gotten anything else from Tribal Impressions.
When we did call Tribal Impressions this time they answered but blamed us for the whole thing - with a nasty attitude as well.
Why would we send back $100 moccasins to someone who wouldn't return an email or a phone call?
How can you deal with someone who will only contact you if you work around them? And then they blame you for working around them?
Save yourself the trouble and don't deal with Tribal Impressions.
