do NOT live here. I didn't live at this location-but I lived at another one of the landlord's locations-and they are horrible!!!!! the landlord NEVER returns calls-or fixes anything. I lived there for a year...called over 20 times for problems to be fixed, no one ever returned my calls and NEVER fixed anything. I didn't have a working fan in my bathroom for the entire time. OR a working stove burner. \r
Also-when I moved out, they refused to give me part of my deposit back, even though when I moved in they promised me they wouldn't charge me for stains on the carpet-because they were ALREADY THERE. The people that run this place are slum lords, they are low lifes who never return calls and when you finally get a hold of them, they are rude and hang up on you. \r
There were numerous break ins in the parking lot and no one did anything about adding more security. \r
DO NOT LIVE HERE. or ANY of their other properties they own. Like the James Street Apartments at 1072 James Street.\r
The landlord also told me she openly discriminates against people just by the way they look--class act right there. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS OR YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
