Review content:
I went in there today to see about getting an invisible zipper replaced and I wanted to make sure that the pants (my favorites) would look the same. I asked about it and he said, ""you want me to replace zipper?"" I said, ""yes, I want it to look exactly like they do now."" After trying to communicate with him about my (the paying customer) wants, he waves his hand at me and says, ""whatever."" HA! I said, ""do you not want to put in the zipper?"" He says, ""I'll put in a new zipper."" Again, I ask if it's going to be the same kind of zipper and he just looked at me. Mind you, he's never confirmed that the new zipper will be invisible!!! I looked at him and said, ""never mind, I'll take them elsewhere."" They have been rude in the past and I let it go. No more! They will not get a dime and I will tell everyone I know how rude they are. Customer service does NOT exist there.
