Worst service I've ever received... On sept 15th 2011, I stopped by this establishment to get coffee... There was a lady working the register who seemed to be distracted doing other things. I stood there for over a minute , until finally I said ""excuse me"" , she turned and said What! I was completely caught off guard by her response. I advised her I would like to pay for my coffee.. She loudly responded "" you don't have to be a smart a$$""...I said excuse me and she pretended like she didn't hear me and continued with the transaction. When the transaction was complete she threw my receipt at me . I was taken back at her actions and comments and told her ""nice customer service"" . She then said"" don't f**king come back!"". I couldn't believe this lady and her demeanor. As I walked out the door I passed several other patrons awaiting her services as well and they all seemed in complete awww at what they had just witnessed . I run a business only a few blocks from this shell station and will advise all of my customers to stay clear of it!
