I had seen these reviews before going to Soho for a wax. I thought maybe they were a little bit exaggerated. Not at all!! Monica knows what she is doing. She was so sweet and made me feel comfortable the minute I walked in. She is professional but still treats you like a friend. Not only does she have the greatest personality, she is most definetly the best in her profession. (I have had plenty of waxes to compare it to) She is hard to get an appointment with so when you do I suggest you do everything you can to make it there--she is well worth the wait! Part of me would like to keep it my ""little secret"" but she is someone that I should share with the entire central coast... THE BEST BY FAR!
