Well..... I had an awful experience yesterday at the Franklin location. The sales clerk overcharged me more than double the price on a plate of food. I tried to tell her that $17 was the wrong price......But she refused to listen to me and made several insulting remarks. I have heard of this stuck up snobbish behavior before from several others and it seems to be an ongoing problem at these stores. So if you want bad customer service, go to Sendik's Foods.
