Businiess name:  Cornell's Quality Construction

Review content:
Cornell did excellent work. We needed to remodel our bathroom to make it wheelchair accessible, this involved raising the sink and replacing the tub with a walk-in shower. He finished the job on time, on budget, and everyone was extremely professional. When we were getting estimates, one bidder said ""It'll cost $25,000. There's no money in bathrooms. I can only get one guy in there at a time."" Another bidder refused to give me a non-binding estimate because, ""I don't know what's under that floor."" i.e., would he have to replace the supports under the wood floor or replace just the wood. Cornell quoted us a price of $18k and brought the completed job in for that amount with no last-minute cost over-runs. He also had two guys working in the bathroom; they cut the tile on the premises, raised the sink counter, replaced the toilet, and sealed the room with vis-screen at the end of each workday. He kept us up to date on the various stages and what they involved as the job progressed. We've had no problem & would not hesitate to use him again.
