Review content:
I had a Seattle ticket that went to them and recently claimed bankruptcy. I called them to find out the amount I owed them and while waiting on hold I heard of a license reinstatement program. When the rep answered, she asked me a ton of verification questions, and when she got to my employer's info I said simply ""No. I refuse to give that info."" She was extremely short and quickly said I wasn't eligible for the program and when I asked about installment payments she just said ""We don't do installments."" It was pointless talking to her so I said ok and goodbye. They aren't going to tell me that they aren't taking installments because if they want the money they have to take it how I give it, plain and simple.
Cons: Rude and unempathetic
