Review content:
These apartments are very nice and keep a retro feel about them. Price is reasonable, but they should lower the rent for having to deal with such bad management. Their quick to move you in but as soon as there is a problem it's a he said she said battle and your usually on the losing end. Specific members of management don't follow policies and have admitted to me that they don't adhere to the policies set forth by the complex. Unfortunatly they are lightning quick to enforce said policies when a tenant violates them. I wanted to have two small dogs and had openly discussed this with the girl doing my lease paperwork prior to moving in. She never discouraged me from doing so and appeared to own two cats herself. Upon paying my first months rent and pet deposit payment i was asked by a different member of the staff what kind of pets i owned and continued to tell her that my girlfriend and i had two shih-tzus. She then looked at me with a confused look and informed me that we were only allowed one pet and that she would have to notify the manager right away. Neither our lease or the rules and regulations say that we are only allowed one pet. The only one who hands down this judgement is the apt. manager who says she is loving pet owner (yeah right!), but also says very much discourages anybody from having pets on property. After being asked repetedly by different managers if we wanted to break our lease and go look for somewhere else that would let us keep our dogs we decided to pay an extra pet deposit and see our lease through to it's completion as per the ultimatum given to us. Nice Place. Bad People. Pros: landscaping, parking Cons: management
