Review content:
This complex used to be nice. However, too many changes in management and it has gone far down hill. It used to be a quiet, safe place with respectable residents. Now, it is majority black and you get to enjoy loud bass from the black people's cars vibrating your building at all hours of the day and night, 7 days a week. There are people dealing drugs out of their apartments and in the parking lots at most of the buildings. You can watch them do it, they aren't secretive about it. Management doesn't care. They are the ones renting to these people, as long as they get their money, why should management care? For how much it costs to live here, I would have expected better. Not to mention, management is so rude and they treat you like an inconvenience.
Don't let them fool you with their story about on site officers! These guys are never here and if you call them, they tell you to call 9-1-1. They are worthless. So don't believe their sales-pitch about safety here.
The water company that they go through is a complete rip off. Everyone's bills average $40-$60 a month. They do not check the meters (as promised), it even says on the bill that the figures are estimated.
It is a shame that such a nice complex has been turned into a haven for ghetto trash.
If you are looking for a safe, respectable place to live, DO NOT MOVE HERE!
