Our first experience at Gibsons in Rosemont was on our honeymoon in May 2000. We had a layover in Chicago, called a limo, & got the driver's opinion for dinner. He definitely ""steered"" us in the right direction! The service given to us by Bill was more than delightful. Bill impressed us with the display of meats available as well with the description of their qualities. You won't leave Gibson's hungry nor will your palate be unsatisfied. We love Gibson's so much we took our family there for Christmas in 2000 as well. Again, Bill catered to our every whim including a dessert ""piled to the sky"" that fed all six of us! Enough couldn't be said about this establishment.
Pros: best steak in the US, huge portions, spectacular service
