Review content:
Every time that I had to contact them I hung up (rather they hung up on me) feeling frustrated and annoyed. Every person who answers the phone there sounds like they are doing you a favor by talking to you. The only respectable people I have met from this company are the people who come out to the house. There is an attitude at their shop that you are bothering them when you call just to inquire about the status of your tv, especially since they keep you in the dark about what is going on and say that they can't make any promises. In my case, they didn't even fix the problem and our tv was returned in worse shape than it was before. Having to deal with them during the weeks that they are servicing your tv is unnecessarily frustrating. I don't know why Philips would choose this place over others. I would suggest finding a different place (and there are other more competent, customer-friendly places in Philadelphia).
