I needed to have someone get under the car to reattach a protective shield beneath the pasenger side's front suspension support. Just a few bolts and clips, but the job was immediately performed despite a full garage.\r
No waiting necessary. Replaced an engine mount found in need of attention. They drove to the car dealership for the part and were through with everything in less than an hour...with no advanced notice at all. The BEST customer service I've ever received in 60 years!
