I took my 99' VW New Beetle in to Canyon because of the reviews that I read on City Search, and I was not dissapointed. I didn't catch the guys name at the front that I dealt with the whole time, but he was so friendly and listened in detail to what the issue was I was having with my car. After they diagnosed my car, he detailed all of the issues, and went over all of the costs. He also broke down, in order, of what was most important to get fixed. For me, being a woman who doesn't know a ton about cars, it is nice to have someone who had the patience to answer all of my questions honestly and to treat me with respect. He reconized my name everytime I called and was able to talk to me like a human, not like money going into the companies pocket. I appreciate the honesty, patience, and what I feel cost friendly service I recieved. I read pretty much all of the reviews out there, and as far as all of the good ones go, I agree. They were great, and I recommend these guys highly.
