Businiess name:  Great Clips

Review content:
Bad experience: The stylist, who was an Asian woman, did not understand my instructions on how to cut my 2-year-old daughter's hair and cut 2"" off of the length in the back when I wanted it left long and not in a bob. With the stylist's communication difficulties, it was difficult to understand her, and for her to understand me. The stylist also blamed me for her communication difficulties and was rude. \r \r When my 2-year-old was being a typical, wiggly toddler, the stylist walked out and refused to complete the haircut. If Great Clips can't or doesn't want to cut a child's hair, they should say so up front. \r \r Although, I did not pay for the haircut, I am very upset about the poor and rude service. \r \r Franchisees represent the entire company when they give poor service. Perhaps this stylist needs customer service training or tips on working with kids. \r Pros: very cheap, get what you pay for Cons: stylists lack of experience, poor service
