After checking prices and quality of cabinets with multiple dealers and designers we decided on Design West to remodel our kitchen, the prices were very competative and Susan figured the price to the cent not leaving and ""could be's"" like many of the other dealers we went to, we also liked the life time warrantee on the Omega cabinets, but best of all the customer service was the best, Susan and Gerard are the best to deal with from the start of the design which she offered suggestions but also listened to what you were looking for and worked with you to make it happen the best she could and through the whole entire project (which we did ourselves and had lots of questions) they were always there when we had a question and always had an answer instantly regard measurements and positions of appliances and electrical outlets, we also went with them for the granite which they set up and took care of arranging the installation till the project was complete, I absolutely love my new kitchen and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for great product backed by wonderful customer service, I heard so many back experiences of people getting the wrong cabinets and getting no help in customer service from other cabinet dealers Susan and Gerard stand behind there product and are there till the end of the project.\r
