Review content:
We have used this company in the past for blinds, floors and carpet and it was fine. This time was terrible. We were building a new home and called them 4 months prior to closing to measure all the windows for plantation shutters, blinds and shades. A woman came out and did this. When we were ready to move in, all the measurements had disappeared. Apparently this employee had quit. They sent another man to remeasure and it went down hill from there. It was a series of mismeasurements, forgotten rooms, partial deliveries. They must have come out at least 7 or 8 times and there was always a problem. Finally, after we had been in the house FOUR months the order was complete. It should have been done before we even moved in. They gave us a $500 discount, but when the bill is over $11,000 that's nothing. Very disappointed.
