CWORST !!!!!!
I took my Pomeranian into Julies requesting a Teddy bear hair cut, instead when I arrived my dogs fur had been hacked off by what I assumed was a blind person!! He had a ridiculous lion hair cut with BALD SPOTS!! Not to mention he came back ill. I demanded a refund and was told by the ""new owner frank"" I would get my next wash and cut free. Yeah rite! When my dogs hair grew back I mentioned my free service upon making an appointment and the receptionist said there was nothing on file and I would be charged full price!
