My income was good but my credit needed some work. I had saved the down payment for a home but was turned down by other companies. Majestic Realty Group referred me to their loan division (Majestic Mortgage Services) where I was approved for an FHA government loan. I liked that they listened to what I was looking for in a home. After seeing 5 homes, I liked 2 of them and made offers. It was not long after, I was moving into my first home. What I liked most was that not only did they listen to my needs but they also did what they said they would do. Start packing if you want a home because Majestic gets the job done.
