Review content:
I bought my home when property value and my household income were high. As the economy got worse, my home's value plummeted to less that half of what I paid for it. My home is underwater and I did not see a way out until I called Majestic Realty Group. Majestic explained how I could short sale my home and not have to pay back my loan. The process was very time consuming but worth it, Majestic helped me avoid foreclosure. I was able to rent a home from Majestic Property Management. In time, I plan to buy another home from Majestic Realty Group with a much smaller, affordable mortgage. Majestic has helped me restructure my life financially - I highly recommend them.
