I am an investor that was planning to buy several inexpensive homes in Stockton and rent them out. I am sure glad I did not do this after speaking with Majestic Realty Group. Majestic informed me that they low end of the rental market is riddled with problems; tenants not paying rent, evictions, tenants leaving messes behind and damaging property as well as vandalism. Majestic showed me that owning more expensive, newer homes would actually give me a better return on my investment taking into account more dependable rent payments, fewer evictions, little or no turn around cost, etc. By taking the advice given by Majestic, I bought fewer rentals and have reliable cash flow which is exactly what I wanted. Now I can retire with peace of mind with Majestic managing my rentals.
